This kit will fit almost any Chinese 2 Stroke and
allow the user to shift gears using the bikes standard rear derailleur.
It will also allow the use an internal rear hub transmission or the new
ultimate NuVinci hub.
The secret is the front freewheel allowing you to still pedal the bike
normally and yet start the bike with the pedals and not have to pedal
the same speed once the motor starts. |

The kit comes with
everything you need.
1. Cranks, spindle, front freewheel, dual sprocket and chain-ring
assembly.
2. Jackshaft mounting
plates including bearings, axle, sprockets, chain and mounting hardware.
3. Rear motor mount
including all hardware.

The gearing will depend on your rear
transmission assembly but typically you will see ratios between 5.8 to 1
and 2.7 to 1. This is like running a 58 tooth rear sprocket in the stock
set up all the way down to a 27 tooth. This will allow you to climb the
steepest hills and still hit top speeds in excess of 40 mph without
straining your engine. |
